る遊星歯車機構を設け、 前記遊星歯車機構を、インシユレータに固定さ
れた一つの要素と、シヨツクアブソーバの上端部
に連結された別の要素と、モータに連結されて回
転される残りの要素とで構成し、 前記遊星歯車機構の中心に対してシヨツクアブ
ソーバの支持点を偏心させて設けたことを特徴と
