Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 側壁部及び下底部がエンボス鋼板と平状鋼板
とを溶接してなり両鋼板間を熱媒又は冷媒のパス
とするプレートコイル部材からなる密閉型の耐真
空容器と、該容器に取付けられて器内を真空状態
に保持するエゼクターと、要処理原液を該器内に
送入又は該器内から排出する原液輸送系と、前記
パスに熱媒又は冷媒を循環せしめる媒体輸送系と
を設置することを特徴とする加熱・乾燥・冷却・
濃縮装置。 ２ 耐真空容器がプレートコイル部材を胴板及び
底板として形成されるドラム缶である請求項１に
記載の加熱・乾燥・冷却・濃縮装置。 ３ ラインポンプを作動してエゼクターに揚水し
耐真空容器内を真空状態に保持する第１工程、要
処理原液を容器内に送入する第２工程、真空冷却
及び循環冷却水により容器内の要処理原液の冷却
を行なう第３工程、真空状態を破壊して冷却ずみ
の原液を排出する第４工程の順序で要処理原液の
冷却に適用される請求項１の加熱・乾燥・冷却・
濃縮装置。
