Claims (1)
- 短波長の可視光から紫外光にまたがる範囲の光
を放射するランプを内蔵した光照射器と、透孔が
穿設され前記光照射器の上方に配置される基板と
、光を透過する材質からなり紫外線感応型粘着剤
が塗布されたシートにて支持フレームとこの支持
フレームの中心に配置されたウエハとが下方から
粘着されて一体となつたシート組立体を基板上の
所定位置に位置決めする位置決め手段と、所定位
置にあるシート組立体を覆うカバーと、このカバ
ー内に不活性ガスを導入する手段と前記カバー内
に不活性ガスの注入方向と対面して設けられる多
孔板またはメツシユとを具備したことを特徴とす
る粘着シート処理装置。
