Claims (1)
- 半導体装置製造のフオトリソグライフ工程で使
用される周辺露光装置において、ウエーハ周辺を
露光する光を光フアイバーを用いて露光光源より
導き、かつウエーハに照射する部分の光フアイバ
ーをウエーハの外周輪郭と同形状に配置してウエ
ーハ面上のみを照射する機構を有することを特徴
とする半導体装置の製造装置。
