Claims (1)
- 光静電誘導サイリスタを集積化したＩＣチツプ
をＩＣ保持部材を介してステム上に固着すると共
に、前記ＩＣ保持部材に対して位置決めされた取
付部材に前記光静電誘導サイリスタを光スイツチ
ング動作させるための光を発生する発光素子を固
着し、かつ前記ＩＣチツプのパツド及び前記発光
素子のリード線を前記ステムのリードピンにそれ
ぞれ電気的に接続すると共に、該接続部を含む前
記ＩＣチツプ、前記ＩＣ保持部材、取付部材及び
発光素子の全体を封止部材によりステム上におい
て封止したことを特徴とする光静電誘導サイリス
タ装置。
