Claims (1)
- リードフレームに搭載された発光素子を被覆形
成して成る発光側透光樹脂体と、前記リードフレ
ームとは別のリードフレームに搭載された受光素
子を被覆形成して成る受光側透光樹脂体と、前記
発光側透光樹脂体および受光側透光樹脂体を夫々
収納するケースとを備え、前記透光樹脂体の発光
面と受光面とのうちの少なくとも一方に小幅のス
リツトを有する遮光板が設けられ、該遮光板は、
前記リードフレームと一体形成されたことを特徴
とする光結合装置。
