Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 高温処理部の搬入部及び排出部にフラツパ
    ドアを設け、被処理物をコンベアにより該搬入部
    から該高温処理部に搬入して熱処理し上記排出部
    から排出するようにした高温処理装置において、 上記フラツパドアに上下位置調整機構を設けた
    ことを特徴とする高温処理装置。 (2) 上記上下位置整機構が、リンク機構、リン
    ク駆動機構、及び該リンク駆動機構を停止保持す
    るストツパでなることを特徴とする実用新案登録
    請求の範囲第１項記載の高温処理装置。 (3) 上記フラツパをセラミツク製としたことを
    特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の
    高温処理装置。 (4) 高温処理部の搬入部及び排出部にフラツパ
    ドアを設け、被処理物をコンベアにより該搬入部
    から該高温処理部に搬入して熱処理し上記排出部
    から排出するようにした高温処理装置において、 上記フラツパドアのフラツパをセラミツク製と
    したことを特徴とする高温処理装置。 (5) 高温処理部の搬入部及び排出部にフラツパ
    ドアを設け、被処理物をコンベアにより該搬入部
    から該高温処理部に搬入して熱処理して上記排出
    部から排出するようにした高温処理装置において
    、 上記フラツパドアのフラツパを高さの異なる複
    数種から選択できるようにしたことを特徴とする
    高温処理装置。
