Claims (1)
- 光源と、この光源からの光を分光し単色光を試
料に照射する励起側分光器と、前記試料から発せ
られた蛍光を分光する蛍光側分光器と、この蛍光
側分光器の出射光を検知する検知器と、励起側分
光器の出射光を試料に照射する励起光とモニタ検
知器に照射する光に分離するためのビームスプリ
ツタと、モニタ検知器より成る蛍光光度計におい
て、前記ビームスプリツタとモニタ検知器間に拡
散板を設置し、励起光を拡散板のみで拡散させ、
ローカリテイを除去したのち、その一部を検知器
に照射することを特徴とする蛍光光度計。
