第１図はこの考案の一実施例によるルーターの
要部を示す縦断側面図、第２図は同要部の縦断正
面図、第３図は同要部の横断平面図、第４図は従
来のＮＣ制御ルーターを示す正面図、第５図は同
側面図である。 図において、３はテーブル、５はクロスレール
、７はサドル、１０は主軸ヘツド（加工手段）、
１１はエンドミル（加工手段）、１３は補助梁、
１４ａ，１４ｂは垂れ歪矯正用ネジ（歪補正手段
）、１５ａ，１５ｂは捻り歪矯正用ネジ（歪補正
手段）、Ｎ２，Ｎ３は歪補正用ナツト（歪補正手
段）である。

Claims (1)
- 被加工物を搭載して平面Ｘ軸方向に走行駆動さ
れるテーブルと、このテーブルを上方で跨いで該
テーブルの走行方向と直交する方向に延在する中
空のクロスレールと、このクロスレールに支持さ
れて走行駆動されるサドルと、このサドルに搭載
されて昇降駆動され、上記被加工物の加工を行う
加工手段としての主軸ヘツドとを備えたルーター
において、上記クロスレール内に収納配置された
補助梁と、この補助梁と上記クロスレールとを所
定個所で連係し、該クロスレールの歪を上記補助
梁との間で補正する歪補正手段とを備えたルータ
ー。
