Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ＥＬ発光層１１を挾んでその両側面に積層され
    た一対の発光用電極膜１２，１３の夫々に外部引
    き出し線が接続され、かつ前記発光用電極膜１２
    ，１３の外面に重り合う防湿フイルム１４と１５
    との周縁部分を互いに熱溶着して前記ＥＬ発光層
    １１及び一対の発光用電極膜１２，１３を水密的
    に封止してなるＥＬ発光表示素子において、前記
    外部引き出し線の中間部を前記発光用電極膜１２
    ，１３と等しいかもしくはそれ以下の厚さである
    導電性薄膜１２ａ，１３ａで連結形成し、防湿フ
    イルム１４と１５の熱溶着部を導電性薄膜上で溶
    着してなることを特徴とするＥＬ発光表示素子。
