Claims (1)
- 両面に電極を設けて分極を行い、分極軸を合わ
せて貼合わせた短冊状圧電バイモルフ振動子を、
２本のリード線がガラスにより金属製管に封入さ
れているステムの、前記２本のリード線の先端に
半田または導電性接着剤で電気的に接続固定した
片持ち梁構造とすると共に、前記ステムの外周に
一端を閉じた円筒形の金属製ケースを圧入し、さ
らに、前記円筒形の金属製ケースに多角形のケー
スを被せてなることを特徴とする圧電式振動セン
サ。
