Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 先端閉塞部寄り位置に溶融金属のサンプル採取
    用の試料部ケースと湯口部ケースからなるサンプ
    ルケースが内蔵されたプローブから試料部を取出
    す取出装置において、鉛直方向でしかも先端閉塞
    部が下方になるように保持されたプローブのサン
    プルケース下位位置および上位位置を切断するプ
    ローブ切断装置と、この切断されたプローブを９
    ０度回転して水平姿勢にするとともにプローブ内
    からプローブ切断面を通してサンプルケースを押
    し出して水平方向に移送するサンプルケース取出
    装置と、このサンプルケースを固定刃体内および
    可動刃体内に挿入して試料部ケースに対応する可
    動刃体を水平方向に移動させることにより、湯口
    部ケースから試料部ケースをせん断分離する湯口
    切断装置と、前記可動刃体内から水平方向に抜出
    した試料部ケースを保持して９０度回転し試料部
    ケースのせん断面を通して試料部ケース内から試
    料部を落下させるサンプル回転分離装置と、この
    試料部を１８０度回転して前記湯口切断装置によ
    るせん断面を上方に向けるサンプル転向装置と、
    この試料部を把持して水平方向に移動させるとと
    もに移動後に試料部を９０度回転させるサンプル
    移動装置と、このサンプル移動装置の移動経路上
    方に昇降自在に配設されて試料部のせん断面をバ
    リ取するバリ取装置と、このサンプル移動装置か
    らの水平姿勢の試料部を水平方向に移動させる排
    出経路上方に昇降自在に配設されて試料部側面に
    刻印する刻印装置とを備えたことを特徴とするサ
    ンプリングプローブからの金属試料取出装置。
