リル系樹脂の水系エマルジヨン樹脂結合剤10g/
m2(固形分付着量)で結合した不織布を得た。こ
のとき第1繊維層の結合剤比率は0.33であり、第
2繊維層の結合剤比率は0.43であつた。上記不織
布の第1繊維層側の表面部にポリアミド樹脂12
g/m2をドツト状に付着させて接着芯地を得た。

(発明の効果) 以上述べたように本発明の接着芯地は非保水性

呈することを利用して、第1繊維層の結合剤比率
を第2繊維層の結合剤比率より小さくし、かつそ
の結合剤比率の小さい第1繊維層の表面に熱接着
性樹脂を付着させている。従つて本発明の接着芯
地は風合が極めてソフトで、表地と接着した場合
にも接着部分が硬化することはなく着用感に優れ
ており、しかも表地との十分な接着力を有するう
えに、耐ピリング性や耐洗濯性などの耐久性も兼
ね備えた優れた接着芯地である。
