B. Purpose of the invention: Field of industrial application The present invention relates to a cleaning cloth for blankets that is attached to a machine for automatically cleaning blankets in a printing press. Conventional technology and its problems It is necessary to wipe off ink adhering to printing press blankets every time the printing content changes, but conventionally, ink attached to the blankets of printing machines needs to be wiped off by hand with rags, wiping cloths, tissue paper, paper with failed prints, etc. I washed it by wiping it off. In recent years, automatic blanket cleaning machines that do this automatically have become popular, and as shown in Figure 2, this machine applies cleaning agent to the cleaning cloth A using a cleaning agent coating roll C while feeding it out from a supply roll B. The cleaning cloth a is pressed against the blanket body e by a presser roll d for cleaning, and then wound up by a take-up roll f. The cleaning cloth used in this automatic washing machine has conventionally been made mainly of cellulose fibers from the viewpoint of water absorption. However, when applying this cleaning cloth to an automatic washing machine, the printing width differs depending on the printing machine, so it is necessary to have a variety of widths available or to slit wide width cloths into different widths. In the former case, the efficiency is low and the cleaning cloth is expensive, making it unsuitable for industrial use, while in the latter case, the slits generate thread waste, which is quite inconvenient. By the way, if this cleaning cloth is made of non-woven fabric, no lint will be generated due to slits, and it will be easily adaptable to various widths, but non-woven fabric made mainly of cellulose fibers has poor wet strength and cannot withstand tension caused by friction. It has this drawback. In order to solve this problem, the use of nonwoven fabrics with hydroentangled entanglement is being considered, but the modulus decreases by more than 40% when wet, and it takes a considerable amount of time to compensate for this. The current situation is that the problem has not been solved because it requires a lot of weight and is also expensive. The present invention was developed with the aim of solving the above-mentioned problems, and is a cost-effective blanket that suppresses the decline in wet strength while maintaining practical water absorbency. The aim is to provide a cleaning cloth for use in cleaning products. B. Structure of the invention The structure of the invention is a cleaning cloth used in an automatic washing machine for printing machine blankets.
The object of the present invention is to provide a cleaning cloth for blankets, which is made of a nonwoven fabric containing 80% by weight of adhesive fibers and 8020% by weight of adhesive fibers, and is characterized in that the nonwoven fabric is impregnated with a resin. Measures to solve the problem As a result of various studies on other fibers to replace cellulose fibers, we used vinylon fibers, a nonwoven fabric with a structure in which the fibers were partially bonded with adhesive fibers, and It has been found that very suitable results can be obtained when a cleaning cloth impregnated with a rubber-based resin or the like is used as a cleaning cloth. FIG. 1 is an enlarged cross-sectional view of the cleaning cloth of the present invention. As shown in this figure, the present invention uses vinylon fibers 1 as the main constituent fibers, partially adheres the vinylon fibers 1 with adhesive fibers 2, and forms the whole into an integrated nonwoven fabric. Resin 3 such as system
It is impregnated with. (In addition,
Since the resin 3 partially fills the voids between the nonwoven fabric fibers, the resin 3 is shown as voids in the drawings. ) Vinylon fiber was used as the main fiber in this invention because it was found that it maintains the practical water absorbency necessary for cleaning blankets, and it has a lower wet strength than conventional cellulose fibers. It turned out that it was small and showed excellent performance. The blending ratio of vinylon fiber 1 is 20 to 80% by weight.
If it is less than 20% by weight, water absorption will be poor, and if it exceeds 80% by weight, the proportion of adhesive fiber 2 will be too small, which will be disadvantageous in terms of strength. In the present invention, adhesive fibers mainly refer to heat-fusible fibers. For example, composite fibers with a core-sheath structure are suitable, in which the core is a polyester fiber with a normal melting point and the sheath is a polyester fiber with a low melting point. Examples include adhesive fibers using fusible fibers such as polyester, polyethylene, and polyamide. The blending ratio of this adhesive fiber needs to be 80 to 20% by weight; if the amount exceeds 80% by weight, the texture will be too hard and may damage the blanket, or it will not fit well and the wiping effect will be reduced. ,on the other hand,
If it is less than 20% by weight, the strength will be inadequate. It goes without saying that other fibers other than those mentioned above, such as ordinary polyester fibers, may be appropriately blended as the fibers constituting this nonwoven fabric, as long as the above-mentioned composition is not impaired. Furthermore, the resin impregnation in the present invention is carried out to prevent the generation of lint and to suppress a decrease in wet strength, and the resin is preferably a rubber-based binder, such as an acrylonitrile-butadiene copolymer system,
Acrylic or other binders may be used as appropriate, and the amount of resin impregnated should be determined based on the solid content ratio.
20-30% by weight is desirable. Function The present invention has the above-mentioned structure, and since it contains vinylon fibers in an appropriate proportion, it maintains practical water absorbency, and has partial adhesion with adhesive fibers and resin impregnation.
Due to the physical properties of the vinylon fiber itself, there is almost no decrease in strength due to moisture, and the generation of lint is prevented by the non-woven fabric and resin impregnation, making it very suitable as a cleaning cloth for blankets. It is. Example A core-sheath composite fiber consisting of vinylon fiber with a thickness of 1.4 denier and a length of 51 mm, and a core-sheath composite fiber with a normal bridge core and a low-melting point polyester with a melting point of 200°C, with a thickness of 4 denier and a length of 51 mm. Adhesive fibers are blended in various proportions as shown in No. 1 to No. 5 in the table below, formed into a web using a card method, and processed with a heated embossing roll (220°C) to partially heat-fuse the web. I made a non-woven fabric. These nonwoven fabrics were impregnated with 25% by weight solids of acrylonitrile-butadiene copolymer latex binder and dried, each having a basis weight of 75g/m 2 and a thickness.
A 0.4mm blanket cleaning cloth was made. In addition, in Comparative Example 6 in the following table, only the fiber composition was 100% cellulose and the binder was impregnated in the same manner. A comparison of the strength, elongation, and swayability of the six types of cleaning cloths when dry and wet was performed, and the results are shown in the following table.

[Table] In addition, the strength and elongation evaluation in the above table is based on the strength and elongation of Example 2 when drying being 100, and is expressed as a relative value.
The measurement method was based on JIS-L1096. C. Effects of the invention As can be seen from the above examples, vinylon fiber is used as the main fiber for the cleaning cloth for blankets,
By using a nonwoven fabric that is partially bonded with adhesive fibers, it has much higher dry strength and wet strength compared to cellulose fibers, and in particular, the decrease in strength due to wetness is almost suppressed. This is where the greatest effect of the cleaning cloth of the present invention can be seen. Therefore, blanket cleaning can be achieved that can sufficiently withstand frictional resistance during cleaning. In addition, by limiting the fiber composition to an appropriate one, strong fibers and compatibility are obtained, and when slit into various widths, no lint is generated, and the handling effect is sufficiently obtained. The ability to slit also has a significant cost effect. In addition, the cleaning cloth of this invention has an average water absorption rate and oil absorption rate, and has excellent performance in efficiently absorbing both components, and because it is partially bonded, moisture and oil can be dispersed. This also has the effect of improving cleaning properties, making the cleaning cloth more wet, and making the cleaning effect more uniform.
