Claims (1)
- レーザー出力の強度あるいは偏光の強度比を一
定とするごとくレーザーの共振器長を制御する出
力ならびに周波数安定化レーザー装置において、
レーザー放電管を収納する第１の容器と、光ビー
ム分割器、偏光子ならびに検知器等受光々学素子
を収納すると共に外気を導入する通気孔を有する
第２の容器を、レーザービームを通過させるに必
要最小の開口の孔のみを有する隔壁板を介して接
続することを特徴とする安定化レーザー放電管な
らびに光学素子の収納容器。
