Claims (1)
- モータによつて間欠的に回転されることにより
光路に対して出し入れされる１／２波長板と、レ
ーザー光源から出たレーザー光のうち入射面に対
して平行な振動成分のみを透過させ、垂直な振動
成分を反射させる偏光素子とを備え、前記１／２
波長板は前記レーザー光の一つのモードの振動方
向に対してπ／４傾けて光路中に入れられ、前記
偏光素子によつて反射した反射光を受光素子で検
出し、この受光素子の出力強度により前記モータ
を駆動制御して前記１／２波長板を光路に対して
出し入れし、強度の強い方の振動成分を取り出す
ようにしたことを特徴とするレーザー安定化装置
。
