As mentioned above, printing by the conventional Vigolo printing apparatus is based on printing using the felt roll 17 and the engraving roll 18. That is, as shown in FIG. 9, a felt roll 17 is impregnated with printing paste, and the felt roll 17 and an engraved roll 18 opposite to the felt roll 17 and having a spiral protrusion 28 on the outer peripheral surface are formed.
A sheet-like web 23 is passed between the sheet-like web 23 and the spiral protrusions 28 are pressed against the sheet-like web 23, thereby printing a diagonal striped pattern 29. Therefore, by providing a plurality of sets of the felt roll 17 and the engraving roll 18 to perform multicolor printing, the printed sheet-like web 23 absorbs water and winds around the rolls of the next and subsequent sets. However, this was not practical due to problems such as difficulty in controlling the gill and multiple roll combination systems. In addition, since it is difficult to print thick textiles with the Bigolo printing apparatus, the sliver 22
It is necessary to pass it through a gill 19 in order to make it into a sheet-like web 23, and since the mechanism of the gill is not suitable for high-speed operation, the speed at which it passes through the gill 19 is naturally restricted, and there is a limit to the improvement of printing efficiency. Ta. Furthermore, since it is not possible to pass the ground dyeing sliver containing moisture through the gill 19, it has been impossible to connect the process of ground dyeing textiles with the bigolo printing process. Moreover, since the Vigoro printing apparatus uses a felt roll 17 for printing, continuous use for a long time causes compression hardening of the felt, which reduces the amount of printing paste absorbed and causes the color of the print to become lighter. There were also some problems.

In this device, the coloring liquid is forced to pass through the inside of the textile by outflow and suction, so it is possible to sufficiently color even thickly drawn textiles, making it possible to color even thick textiles. There is no longer a need to use gil as with printing equipment. As a result, it is possible to aim at improving coloring efficiency without being restricted by speed restrictions caused by the gill process. Furthermore, since the fiber bundles that are ground-dyed and remain wet are not formed into thin wraps, there is no problem of winding them around the next set of rolls, and these textiles can be colored. For this reason, it becomes possible to realize the continuous process of ground dyeing and pattern dyeing. Furthermore, by omitting the gill process, the textile product will not be damaged by cutting or the like.

That is, in the textile coloring apparatus shown in FIG. 4, two hollow drums 2' and 3' of the same shape and size, each having holes 7' and 8', which are slits of the same length, are used for the coloring liquid to flow out. Hollow drums 2' and 3' for sucking colored liquid are installed vertically opposite each other. As a result, the range of textile products may expand. In this case, as shown in FIG.
When the coloring liquid suction hole 8' does not extend across both ends of the width of the textile product 12, the coloring mode changes to, for example, the sixth
The result will be as shown in the figure. That is, at both ends of the textile article 12, there is no passage A of the colored liquid (as shown in FIG. 5), and as a result, there are uncolored portions 30 at both ends of the textile article.
(Illustrated in FIG. 6) will be colored while remaining.

(Means for Solving the Problems) In order to achieve the above object, the textile coloring device of the present invention has the following configuration. That is, in a pair of left and right frames, a hollow drum for colored liquid outflow and a hollow drum for colored liquid suction are disposed vertically facing each other across a gap for passage of textiles, and the hollow drum for colored liquid outflow is colored. A plurality of colored liquid outflow holes, which are slits formed along the axial direction, are fitted into the recesses provided in the working surface of the hollow drum for liquid suction, and a plurality of colored liquid outflow holes, which are slits formed along the axial direction, are formed in the working surface of the hollow drum for colored liquid outflow in the circumferential direction. At the same time, a plurality of colored liquid suction holes, which are slits formed along the axial direction, are bored at predetermined intervals in the circumferential direction on the working surface of the hollow drum for colored liquid suction. The gist thereof is that a tuning means is provided for boring the colored liquid suction holes over the coloring liquid and sequentially aligning the colored liquid suction holes with the colored liquid outlet holes.

Therefore, the textile coloring apparatus of the present invention does not perform printing using rollers like the conventional Vigolo printing apparatus, but rather the coloring liquid flows out from the hollow drum for coloring liquid outflow, and the coloring liquid flows out from the hollow drum for coloring liquid suction. By suctioning this outflowing colored liquid, the colored liquid completely passes through the interior of the textile, making it possible to sufficiently color even thick textiles. As a result, the gill process is omitted, making it extremely efficient without being subject to speed restrictions. Further, in the textile coloring device of the present invention, the working surface of the coloring liquid suction hollow drum is concave, and the coloring suction holes are provided across both ends of the concave portion, so that the textile product can be removed from the hollow drum for coloring liquid to flow out. As it passes in a stable state between the working surface of the drum and the concave portion of the working surface of the colored liquid suction hollow drum, uniform coloring is applied to both ends of the width.

The colored liquid outflow hollow drum 2 and the colored liquid suction hollow drum 3 each have gears 9 and 9a that mesh with each other, and the gear 9a provided on the colored liquid suction hollow drum 3 is connected to a motor. The coloring liquid outflow hole 7 meshes with a gear 10 provided on a rotating shaft 11 and is rotationally driven by a motor 11.
This is a means for aligning the coloring liquid suction hole 8 with the colored liquid suction hole 8.

In this configuration, the motor 11 is rotated to rotationally drive the gears 9, 9a, and a number of textile articles 12, for example wool slivers, are inserted into the gap between the colored liquid outflow hollow drum 2 and the colored liquid suction hollow drum 3. Color a book or dozens of books in parallel. In this case, the sliver maintains its thick string-like shape until it enters the gap, but is formed into a substantially flat sheet by applying appropriate pressure when passing through the gap. At this time, the textile product 12 fits into the recess 6 of the colored liquid suction hollow drum 3 and passes between the two hollow drums 2 and 3 without shifting, and as shown in FIG. 3, the colored liquid flows out. A striped pattern is formed by suctioning and passing the colored liquid in the direction of arrow A when the holes 7 and the colored liquid suction holes 8 match. Therefore, the distance between the lines of the formed striped pattern almost matches the distance between the colored liquid outflow holes 7 and the colored liquid suction holes 8 in the circumferential direction.

As described above, according to this embodiment, when the textile article 12 such as a sliver passes through the textile article passing gap surrounded by the recess 6 of the colored liquid outflow hollow drum 2 and the colored liquid suction hollow drum 3, In order to forcibly pass the colored liquid through the textile article 12 such as a sliver by the suction force from the colored liquid suction hole 8, and color it.
As shown in FIG. 7, even thick textiles can be colored with a uniform striped pattern 13 without leaving any uncolored portions on both ends of the width. Therefore,
It is no longer necessary to use a gill as in the past, and the feeding speed of textile products is not restricted by the use of a gill, making it possible to increase the coloring speed of textile products. Furthermore, since no gill is used, it is possible to ground-dye the textile and apply it to the apparatus while still wet to form a striped pattern, making it easy to integrate the process with the ground-dying process. Further, since both the hollow drums 2 and 3 are made of stainless steel, they do not undergo compression hardening unlike felt, and can be used for a long period of time without any problem.
