Claims (1)
- 対向面に被加工物の表裏面をそれぞれ研摩する
研摩材が設けられ、それぞれ所定方向に回転され
る上定盤および下定盤と、前記被加工物を十分な
遊動隙間をもつて収納する収納孔を有して前記上
、下定盤間に配設され回転されるキヤリアとを備
え、このキヤリアの収納孔と前記被加工物との間
に被加工物の周縁部を研摩する研摩部材を配設し
たことを特徴とする研摩装置。
