の楔を蓋に装入する前の状態を示す立面断面図、
Ｂは平面図を示す。第２図Ａは第１図に示す状態
から楔を蓋に装入した状態を示す立面断面図、Ｂ
は平面図を示す。第３図Ａは楔移動ロツドの駆動
法の１例としてねじ付ハンドルで行つている場合
の立面断面図、Ｂは平面図を示す。第４図Ａは蓋
に楔の収納スペースを設け、第１図と同じ駆動機
構を取り付けた場合の１例を示す立面断面図、Ｂ
は平面図を示す。第５図Ａは従来の楔式開閉蓋装
置を示す立面断面図、Ｂは平面図を示す。 １……蓋、２……胴部、３……楔、４……シー
ル、５……流体出入口、６……楔移動ロツド、７
……貫通口、８……ねじ付ハンドル、９……支持
台。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 圧力容器の胴部と蓋を楔により固着及び離脱
    可能とする装置において、 圧力容器の胴部の端部内面に環状溝を形成する
    と共に該環状溝の円周方向複数ケ所に胴部を貫通
    する貫通口を形成し、 該貫通口に挿入される楔移動ロツドを固設し、
    且つ 環状溝に収納可能な複数個の楔を胴部の直径方
    向に進限自在に配設し、 楔を胴部の直径方向内側に向つて前進させた時
    、 胴部の環状溝と蓋に係合して胴部と蓋が固着さ
    れ、 楔を胴部の直径方向外側に向つて後退させた時
    、 環状溝に収納されて胴部と蓋が離脱可能に構成
    したことを特徴とする楔式急速開閉蓋装置。 ２ 圧力容器の胴部と蓋を楔により固着及び離脱
    可能とする装置において、 圧力容器の胴部の端部内面に環状溝を形成する
    と共に相対する蓋の上部に楔収納スペースを形成
    する突起部を設け、 該突起部の円周方向複数ケ所に突起部を貫通す
    る貫通口を形成し、 該貫通口に挿入される楔移動ロツドを固設し、
    且つ、 楔収納スペースに収納可能な複数個の楔を蓋の
    直径方向に進退自在に配設し、 楔を蓋の直径方向外側に向つて前進させた時、 胴部の環状溝と蓋に係合して胴部と蓋が固着さ
    れ、 楔を蓋の直径方向内側に向つて後退させた時、 蓋の楔収納スペースに収納されて胴部と蓋が離
    脱可能に構成したことを特徴とする楔式急速開閉
    装置。
