Claims (1)
- 被測定レーザ光と発振周波数が既知の参照レー
ザ光とを合波する合波手段と、この合波手段の出
力光を入射するフアブリ・ペロー・エタロンと、
このフアブリ・ペロー・エタロンを透過する光を
前記被測定レーザ光と前記参照レーザ光の２つに
分離する分離手段と、この分離手段から出力され
る前記被測定レーザ光を検出する第１の光検出器
と、前記分離手段から出力される前記参照レーザ
光を検出する第２の光検出器と、前記第１の光検
出器の出力信号を記憶する第１のメモリ回路と、
前記第２の光検出器の出力信号を記憶する第２の
メモリ回路と、前記フアブリ・ペロー・エタロン
のミラー間隔を変化させる掃引手段と、この掃引
手段駆動信号とこれに対応する第１のメモリ回路
出力および第２のメモリ回路出力に基づいて被測
定レーザ光の周波数を演算する周波数演算回路と
を備え、周波数演算回路において掃引手段の非線
形性を多次の多項式で近似して演算するように構
成したことを特徴とするレーザ周波数計。
