２図は、光検出回路の内部構成を示す図、第３図は、光
検出回路の動作の一例を示した図、第４図は、この考案
によるパルスレーザ装置の一実施例を示す図、第５図は
、この考案の動作の一例を示した図であって、１はレー
ザ発振器、２は第１の電極、３は第２の電極、４は励起
放電部、５は第１ミラー、６は第２のミラー、７はドー
ムスプリッタ、８は光検出回路、９は光学系、１０は光
検出器、１１はアンプ、１２はドライバ、１３は増幅率
可変回路である。なお、図中同一あるいは、相当部分に
は同一符号を付して示しある。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. パルスレーザ光を発生するレーザ発振器と、このレーザ
    発振器により生成されたパルスレーザ光る外部へ伝送す
    る光学系と、上記レーザ発振器と上記光学系の間に配置
    した上記パルスレーザ光の１部を分岐するビームスプリ
    ッタと、このビームスプリッタにより分岐された上記一
    部のパルスレーザ光を電気信号として外部へ送出する大
    検出回路とで構成されるパルスレーザ装置において、上
    記光検出回路を、上記１部のパルスレーザ光を光電変換
    する光検出器と、その光検出器によって生成される電気
    信号を増幅するアンプと、そのアンプの増幅率を上記パ
    ルスレーザ光発生と同時に最大になるように変化させる
    増幅率可変回路と、上記アンプによって増幅された電気
    信号を伝送するドライバとを有することを特徴とするパ
    ルスレーザ装置。
