(1) 発明の利用分野 本発明は、銀行業務等における各種取引に使用
される自動取引装置の監視装置に関するものであ
る。 (2) 従来技術 自動取引装置の監視装置は、1台又は複数台の
自動取引装置に対し1台の遠隔監視装置を接続
し、遠隔監視装置に表示される各々の自動取引装
置の各種の状態情報により監視する方式であり、
銀行業務を例に取ると、各自動取引装置の支払、
預入、有通帳、無通帳等の業務運用形態を制御す
る運用モード制御は、自動取引装置本体の保守パ
ネル等にあるスイツチで設定する方式であり、運
用モードの切替に際しては、その都度、自動取引
装置設置場所まで係員が行き、スイツチ切替操作
を行なう必要があり、係員にとつて非常にわずら
わしいものであつた。 (3) 発明の目的 本発明は自動取引装置の各種取引状態表示と運
用モード設定及びその切替を遠隔監視装置にて可
能にし、自動取引装置の係員の操作性を向上し、
運用管理を容易ならしめることを目的とする。 (4) 発明の総括説明 自動取引装置の監視装置において、遠隔監視装
置に、自動取引装置の各種取引状態表示を行うと
ともに運用モード切替スイツチをも設定し、顧客
の取引状況を表示器を見て監視するとともにその
使用状況に応じて今後の取引に対して運用モード
スイツチを切り換えることにより、係員が自動取
引装置まで行かなくとも操作できるようにして係
員の運用、操作性を向上した。 又、自動取引装置が処理単位のモジユール構成
で成り立つている場合、ある機器モジユールが故
障した際の、機能縮少運用にも適用でき装置の利
用性の向上を計つたものである。 (5) 実施例 以下、本発明を実施例を参照して詳細に説明す
る。 遠隔監視装置の表面パネルを第1図に示す。第
1図において1は運用モード制御スイツチS1、
S2…Snで2は取引種別表示ランプL1、L2…LN
を示す。本発明の一実施例の回路構成図を第2図
に示す。以下、第2図に沿つて説明する。第2図
において、第1図の遠隔監視装置RMU内の1の
運用モード切替スイツチS1、S2…Snにて設定さ
れた情報は、3のスイツチ情報保持回路MSELに
より保持される。自動取引装置ATM内の4の主
制御回路CMOは、適宜、上記保持された情報を、
5の選択回路CSELを介して読み取り、係員が切
替えた該当する運用モードを判別し、取引モード
の処理回路6内のCM1,CM2…CMNの内、い
ずれか1つ又は複数を、第1表に示す、運用モー
ド切替スイツチと選択取引処理との対応マトリツ
クスにもとづき、選択する。
