Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 管理人室などに設置され、モニタテレビを有
した警報監視盤と、熱線検知センサーを内蔵し、
住戸呼出スイツチとテレビカメラを有したロビー
インターホンと、火災センサーなどのセキユリテ
イーセンサーを接続した各住戸に設置される住宅
情報盤とを多重信号線によつて接続し、かつ上記
モニタテレビとテレビカメラを同軸ケーブルなど
の映像信号線で接続して構成され、相互通話、共
同玄関の電気錠制御、セキユリテイー監視制御な
どを行なうようにされた集合住宅用監視通話シス
テムにおいて、 上記ロビーインターホンのテレビカメラは、上
記熱線検知センサーが人を検知したときに、駆動
されて上記警報監視盤に設けたモニタテレビに映
像を映し出すようにした集合住宅用監視通話シス
テム。 ２ 夜間などにおいて、共同玄関側に設置した照
明器具が、上記ロビーインターホンに内蔵させた
熱線検知センサーの作動時に自動的に点灯させる
構成とした請求項１に記載の集合住宅用監視通話
システム。
