Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 管理人室などに設置される警報監視盤と、共同
玄関に設置されるロビーインターホンと、火災セ
ンサーなどの防災センサーを接続した各住戸に設
置される住宅情報盤とを多重信号線によつて接続
して構成され、相互通話、共同玄関の電気錠制御
、セキユリテイー監視制御などを行なうようにさ
れた集合住宅用監視通話システムにおいて、 上記共同玄関側には、上記共同玄関の電気錠装
置を強制的に解錠するための非常用操作スイツチ
を設けてあり、この非常用操作スイツチによる解
錠操作が上記各住戸内に設けた防災センサーを含
むシステム内の防災センサーのいずれかが発報し
た時にのみ許容される構成にしたことを特徴とす
る集合住宅用監視通話システム。
