Claims (1)
- ヒータにより下部容器内の水を加熱し、この加
熱による下部容器の内圧上昇によつて湯を抽出原
料を収容した上部容器内に上昇させ、これにより
抽出された抽出液をヒータの断電に伴う下部容器
の内圧低下により上部容器から下部容器内へと降
下させるものであつて、前記上部容器への湯の上
昇を検出する湯上昇検出手段と、室内の温度を検
出する室温センサと、前記湯上昇検出手段が前記
上部容器内への湯の上昇を検出してから前記ヒー
タを断電するまでの時間を前記室温センサの検出
温度に応じて変化させる制御装置とを設けたこと
を特徴とするサイホン式飲料抽出器。
