Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 キヤビテイ内を真空に保持して射出シリンダー
スリーブ内の溶湯をプランジヤーチツプにてキヤ
ビテー内へ射出成形する真空ダイカスト装置であ
つて、射出シリンダースリーブ内を摺動するプラ
ンジヤーチツプの外周に背圧調節室を設け、プラ
ンジヤーチツプによる射出成形時に前記背圧調節
室内に真空圧力を導入してなる真空ダイカスト装
置において射出シリンダーと一体的に連結され、
射出シリンダースリーブ側の端部に平坦部８Ａと
、平坦部８Ａより突出するオネジ部８Ｂと、射出
プランジヤーの内部に穿設されて、一端が前記平
坦部に開口し、他端が真空源Ｐに連絡された第２
真空圧導入路８Ｃを備えた射出プランジヤー８と
； 射出プランジヤー８の平坦部８Ａに対向する端
部に平坦部６Ａを有し、その平坦部６Ａの中心部
に射出プランジヤー８のオネジ部８Ｂに螺着する
メネジ６Ｂを穿設され、一方外周に環状に設けた
背圧調節室７には他端が後端平坦部６Ａに開口す
る第１真空圧導入路６Ｃを開口したプランジヤー
チツプ６と；よりなり、さらに、プランジヤーチ
ツプ６の後端平坦部６Ａ又は射出プランジヤー８
の平坦部８Ａの何れか一方の平坦部に、第１真空
圧導入路６Ｃ、第２真空圧導入路８Ｃに共に開口
するリング状の真空圧伝達路９を設けてなる真空
ダイカスト装置。
