Description of the Related Art When a person walks in a hallway or room that is carpeted with synthetic resin piles, a considerable amount of static electricity is induced in the human body. In this way, static electricity charged to the human body is discharged when it comes into contact with conductive objects such as metal door knobs, giving the human body a severe electric shock. Shock or charging caused by the discharge current may cause deterioration in product quality, and the discharge current may cause serious malfunctions or failures in office automation equipment such as computers.

A method is adopted in which a ground discharge is caused through the material. An example of such conductive flooring material is carpet that is flocked with conductive fibers.

In addition to carpets such as Nos. 56-37807 and 56-38209, mats made of synthetic resin or rubber mixed with conductive fibers or conductive powder are known.

Since they are all in the form of a sheet, they generally have insufficient cushioning properties, making it easy for workers to get tired when walking over them, and they also tend to accumulate dust and dirt on their surfaces. Further, in the case where a synthetic resin foam layer is provided for the purpose of improving the cushioning properties, there is a drawback that the foam layer becomes difficult to recover from the compressed state over time, resulting in a decrease in the cushioning properties.
In addition, carpets, in particular, have the problem that they cannot be installed in clean rooms used for manufacturing semiconductor products and are difficult to clean because they generate dust from the fibers. On the other hand, mats made of synthetic resin or synthetic rubber have had the problem of being expensive due to the fact that the entire surface is electrically conductive.

Here, each upper crosspiece 1b and lower crosspiece 2b, which are integrated in a lattice shape that overlaps each other, together cover a strip-shaped conductive layer 3c with non-conductive layers 4, 4.
The conductive layer 3c is exposed in a linear manner at the center of the upper and lower surfaces of both the crosspieces 1b and 2b, respectively. The conductive layers 3c, 3c of both the crosspieces 1b, 2b are connected at the intersection where they are fused together.

も容易である。When the conductive grates of the first and second embodiments are laid on the floor, the conductive layers 3b and 3c exposed on the lower surfaces of the lower crosspieces 2a and 2b come into contact with the floor and the whole is always grounded. Therefore, there is no possibility of static electricity being induced in the worker who walks on these, and the static electricity that has already been charged on the worker is also transferred to the upper crosspiece 1.
The conductive layers 3a, 3C exposed on the upper surfaces of the panels a, 1b are dispersed to the floor through the conductive layers 3b, 3c of the lower crosspieces 2a, 2b, and since these conductive grates themselves are not charged, they do not attract dust. The upper crosspieces 1a, 1b and the lower crosspieces 2a, 2b of these conductive grates are both made of soft synthetic resin,
In addition, because it is integrated into a grid pattern that overlaps the top and bottom, it has very good cushioning properties, and the shock to the floor surface when walking is efficiently absorbed, greatly reducing worker fatigue. Unlike the body, cushioning properties do not deteriorate,
Furthermore, since it can be rolled up, it has the advantage of being easy to handle during transportation, etc. Furthermore, the slats themselves do not generate any dust, so they can be installed in clean rooms used for semiconductor device manufacturing, etc. Moreover, because they are grid-shaped, dust is less likely to accumulate on the surface compared to conventional sheet-like floor coverings, and they do not get dirty. is also difficult to adhere to,
Good appearance is maintained over a long period of time, and cleaning is also easy.

材に導電層を設けておけばよい。 In addition, the conductive grates according to this invention can be modified in various ways other than the above-mentioned two embodiments, for example, in the fifth embodiment.
As shown in the figure, the upper crosspiece 1a in the first embodiment and the lower crosspiece 2b in the second embodiment are integrated in a grid shape, or as shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, the upper crosspiece 1a is exposed only on the top surface. Lower crosspiece 2c provided with conductive layer 3d and upper crosspiece 1a, 1 in the first and second embodiments
b may be integrated into a grid shape. As illustrated in FIGS. 6 and 7, if the conductive layer of the lower crosspiece is not exposed on the bottom side, it is sufficient to connect the ground wire to a part of this part.
In addition to earthing, corona discharge from the drainboard may be used. In addition, in this invention, it is not necessary to provide the conductive layer on all the upper and lower crosspieces, but it is necessary to provide the conductive layer on at least a plurality of crosspieces, such as every other or every two crosspieces arranged in parallel. Just leave it there.

It may be joined by hand.

できる利点がある。Effects of the invention The conductive grates according to this invention do not induce static electricity on the human body walking on it, and have the function of dissipating the static electricity already charged on the human body, and are not electrically charged themselves and attract dust. Because there is no dust and there is no risk of it becoming a source of dust, it should be used in factories manufacturing electronic equipment and electronic parts, especially in clean rooms used for manufacturing semiconductor devices, or in rooms where office automation equipment such as computers is installed. It can be suitably used as a bedding material. In addition, it has extremely good cushioning properties compared to conventional sheet-shaped conductive floor coverings, which greatly reduces worker fatigue and prevents cushioning properties from decreasing over time like foam. Highly durable. Furthermore, this conductive grating can be rolled up, making it easy to handle during transportation, etc., with little dust accumulation or dirt adhesion, maintaining a beautiful appearance over a long period of time, and being easy to clean. It has the advantage of being able to be manufactured at extremely low cost because only a portion of it is conductive and the structure is simple.
