Claims (1)
- ターンテーブル２上に担持された光デイスク原
盤Ｓをピンドル軸１により回転させ、光デイスク
原盤Ｓの外周端面に押圧部材４２を当接させて水
平軸線Ｘ―Ｘに沿つて移動させ、光デイスク原盤
Ｓの回転中心をスピンドル軸１の回転軸線に合致
させる装置であり、ベツド５上を水平軸線Ｘ―Ｘ
に沿つて摺動する可動台１０と、この可動台１０
を粗調整送りネジ棒２１の回転操作により移動さ
せる粗調整機構部２０と、可動台１０に螺着され
た微調整送りネジ棒３１を介して鉛直軸線Ｙ―Ｙ
方向に移動するテーパ部３３を備えた微調整機構
部３０と、前記テーパ部３３の表面に当接する方
向に付勢され、テーパ部３３の移動変位量に相応
する距離を水平軸線Ｘ―Ｘに沿つて摺動し、且つ
先端に前記押圧部材４２を有する押圧機構部４０
と、を含む光デイスク原盤評価用の回転芯出し装
置。
