素ガス供給源、８……窒素ガス供給ライン、１０
……開閉弁、１２……開扉検出センサ、１４……

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 鋼材を熱処理する熱処理室１の搬送口２に上方
    に向かつて開く炉扉３を設け、搬送口２の少なく
    とも下端縁４に沿わせてガス噴出管５を搬送口２
    外に配置し、ガス噴出管５を窒素ガス供給源７に
    ガス供給ライン８を介して接続し、搬送口２の下
    端縁４付近に付設した炉扉３の開扉移動を検出す
    る開扉検出センサ１２を、ガス供給ライン８に介
    装した開閉弁１０に連動して、 炉扉３が上方に開き始めると、この開扉移動開
    始を検出した開扉検出センサ１２からの信号で開
    閉弁１０が開弁し、ガス噴出管５から噴き出した
    窒素ガスを、搬送口２の開口面１４に沿わせなが
    ら少なくとも搬送口２を上向き縦断状に噴き通す
    ようにしたことを特徴とするバツチ式熱処理炉の
    爆発防止装置。
