Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 鋼材を熱処理する熱処理室１の搬送口２に炉
    扉３を上方に向かつて開くように設け、搬送口２
    の少なくとも下部４に電熱ヒータ５を配置し、 炉扉３の開扉に伴い、熱処理室１内の可燃性ガ
    スを電熱ヒータ５で燃焼させて、搬送口２にフレ
    ームカーテンを形成するように構成したことを特
    徴とするバツチ式熱処理炉の爆発防止装置。 ２ 炉扉３の開扉移動を検出する開扉検出センサ
    ６を搬送口２の下部４付近に付設し、当該開扉検
    出センサ６を電熱ヒータ５に連動して、 炉扉３の開扉に伴い、この開扉移動開始を検出
    した開扉検出センサ６からの信号で電熱ヒータ５
    が作動するように構成したことを特徴とする請求
    項１に記載のバツチ式熱処理炉の爆発防止装置。
