はホルダ、７は支持棒、８はスキヤナヘツド、９
は平面スキヤナ。なお、図中、同一符号は同一、
又は相当部分を示す。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 平面アンテナの平面度及び反射鏡アンテナの反
    射鏡の形状を測定するアンテナ平面度測定装置に
    おいて、供試アンテナにほぼ平行に前記供試アン
    テナと平行な走査面を有する平面スキヤナを置き
    、前記平面スキヤナの上下左右の可動部であるス
    キヤナヘツドの中央に、光線が平面スキヤナ走査
    面に垂直に供試アンテナ方向に出るようにレーザ
    測距装置を取付け、前記スキヤナヘツド部に固定
    した支持棒とホルダを介して前後にスライド可能
    なように取付けられたミラーでレーザ光線を平行
    に反射することにより、レーザ測距装置に光線を
    返すようにしたことを特徴とするアンテナ平面度
    測定装置。
