る。 １……発光部、２……受光部、２ａ……一次元
光センサ、３……ワーク、４……照射用反射鏡、
５……走査機構、６……ベース、６ａ……取付け
面、７……光軸調整用反射鏡。

- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 光束を出力する光束出力手段１と、 光の入射方向を検知する受光手段２と、 前記光束出力手段から出力された光束を反射さ
せて対象物３に照射し、その対象物における前記
光束の反射光を前記受光手段へ向けて反射させる
照射用反射鏡４と、 前記光束に対する前記照射用反射鏡の角度を変
化させる反射鏡角度可変手段５とを具える測距装
置において、 光軸調整用反射鏡７を、所定の基準面６ａに対
し直角に位置し、かつ、その基準面に対し直角に
位置させた前記照射用反射鏡に対向する配置にて
設けたことを特徴とする測距装置の光軸調整装置
。
