Claims (1)
- 平板抵抗素子と中間介在板を交互に積層した組
み立て抵抗器において、該平板抵抗素子が０％／
°Ｃから＋０．２０％／°Ｃの範囲にある抵抗温
度特性を持つセラミツク抵抗材料からなり、該中
間介在板の一部が金属で他は絶縁材であり、上記
平板抵抗素子の長手方向に電流が流れる様に平板
抵抗素子の電極と中間介在板の金属部を配置し、
平板抵抗素子が直列に連結されるよう積層したこ
とを特徴とするセラミツク質抵抗素子。
