- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 表裏両面に電極層をもつ複数の圧電板と、電気
的に接続されて電極となる複数の金属電極板とか
らなり、該圧電板と該金属電極板とが交互に積層
されて形成される圧電積層体において、 温度が上昇すると正の伸びを示す正圧電板と、
温度が上昇すると負の伸びを示す負圧電板とを組
合せて構成されていることを特徴とする圧電積層
体。
