である。 １：本体シリンダ、１ａ：エアー圧供給路、２

バーアーム、８：テンシヨンスプリング、９：駆
動シリンダ、Ｏ：吸着ノズルの揺動中心、θ：吸
着ノズルの揺動角。

Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 正・負のエアー圧を供給する本体シリンダ
１の下端側に少なくとも二つの先端径の異なる電
子部品の吸着ノズル２，３……を択一的に本体シ
リンダ１のエアー圧供給路１ａと接続可能に備付
けてなることを特徴とする電子部品の吸着ヘツド (2) 上記各吸着ノズル２，３……が各軸線を揺
動中心Ｏから揺動角θに合せて放射状に位置する
ことにより所定角に亘つて揺動回転するノズルホ
ルダー４で揺動方向に整列させて保持されている
ことを特徴とする請求項１記載の電子部品の吸着
ヘツド。 (3) 上記ノズルホルダー４が本体シリンダ１と
の間に連結するテンシヨンスプリング８に抗して
駆動シリンダ９で所定角揺動するレバーアーム７
に装着されていることを特徴とする請求項２記載
の電子部品の吸着ヘツド。
