- 電子銃と、コレクターと、相互作用部と、高周
波入力部と、高周波出力部とを有するマイクロ波
管において、前記高周波入力部と前記高周波出力
部との少くともいづれか１方が楕円または短形の
断面形状を有する内導体と外導体から構成される
ことを特徴とするマイクロ破管。
