断面図である。 図において、３は入出力整合素子、４は遅波回
路外囲器、５は螺旋回路、６はダイアフラム、７
はねじ、８は導入棒、９は円錐状のリングである
。なお、図中同一符号は同一又は相当部分を示す
。

Claims (1)
- 電子ビームを発生させる電子銃を、前記電子ビ
ームとマイクロ波との相互作用を行わせ、前記マ
イクロ波を増巾する遅波回路と、前記電子ビーム
を捕捉するコレクタ及び前記遅波回路と外部回路
を接続する入出力結合部を有する進行波管装置に
おいて、入出力結合部に入出力整合素子を設けこ
の入出力整合素子を外部から動かすことにより、
進行波管の利得特性を改良できるようにしたこと
を特徴とする進行波管装置。
