Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 超音波振動子で振動する振動板を有する投
    げ込み部を、洗浄槽内の洗浄液に浸漬し、前記超
    音波振動子の励振駆動により前記洗浄液に超音波
    を与えて前記洗浄液に浸漬された被洗浄物を洗浄
    する投げ込み形超音波洗浄器において、前記洗浄
    液に浸漬されるとともに前記被洗浄物を収容する
    金属製の洗浄容器を前記振動板に固設し、この洗
    浄容器に内部と外部とが連通する小孔を設けたこ
    とを特徴とする投げ込み形超音波洗浄器。 (2) 前記洗浄容器を金網で形成した請求項１記
    載の投げ込み形超音波洗浄器。 (3) 前記洗浄容器を多数の小孔が穿設された板
    金で形成した請求項１記載の投げ込み形超音波洗
