Claims (1)
プレス方向と平行な側面に沿つて案内軸を水平に
設け、その案内軸へ、先端にチヤツクを備え、軸
と直交方向へ進退運動するロボツトアームを、軸
方向へ移動及びその軸と平行な水平軸を中心とし
て回動可能に取り付け、先ず前記ロボツトアーム
を案内軸の片端部に寄せてそのアーム先端延長上
にダイカストマシンの製品取り出し部が位置する
よう略水平姿勢として進退運動させ、先端のチヤ
ツクでダイカスト成形品を掴み出し、次に回転さ
せて略垂直姿勢とし、その姿勢のまま案内軸に沿
つてトリミング位置の側部まで移動させ、そこで
先端部がトリミングマシン側へ接近する方向へ回
動させて前記掴み出したダイカスト成形をトリミ
ングマシンの型内へセツトして元位置に復帰する
する一連の工程を連続的に行なうダイカスト製品
の自動トリミング装置。 ２ 前記ロボツトアームの運動をコンピユータ制
