ストツクコンベア、７はリフター、８はベルトコ
ンベア、９ａ，９ｂは供給路、１１は駆動ローラ
ー付リフター、１４はアキユームチエーンコンベ
ア、１５はプツシヤーコンベア、１８は反転装置
、Ｈは密閉保温室、Ｃは強制冷却室を示す。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 鋳造用金型から離型した鋳物を中子の砂落
    とし装置まで搬送する搬送路の途中に、中子を鋳
    物の保有熱で加熱して弱体化する密閉保温室を設
    け、この密閉保温室の下流側に強制冷却室を設け
    たことを特徴とする中子砂鋳込み鋳物の冷却搬送
    装置。 (2) 前記搬送路は上下２段とされ、上段の搬送
    路には鋳造後の鋳物の移載装置を、下段の搬送路
    には前記密閉保温室及び強制冷却室を配設したこ
    とを特徴とする請求項第１に記載の中子砂鋳込み
    鋳物の冷起搬送装置。 (3) 前記搬送路上段の移載装置の上流側には空
    パレツト補充用コンベアを接続したことを特徴と
    する請求項第２に記載の中子砂鋳込み鋳物の冷却
    搬送装置。
