Claims (1)
- レーザダイオードを一定の光量で発光させるた
めに、該レーザダイオードの発光量を検出するモ
ニタ回路と、前記レーザダイオードを目標の発光
量にするために設定されたサーボ系の目標値発生
回路と、前記モニタ回路の出力及び前記目標値発
生回路の出力との誤差を検出する誤差増幅回路と
、該誤差増幅回路の出力によりレーザダイオード
駆動回路を動作させて、前記レーザダイオードを
目的の発光量に発光するように構成されたレーザ
駆動装置において、前記サーボ系の目標値発生回
路に目標値レベルの可変手段を設けたことを特徴
とするレーザ駆動装置。
