量安定化手段とを備えた半導体レーザー駆動回路
を有する画像形成装置において、 前記半導体レーザーのチツプ外に設けた半導体
レーザーからの発光光量を検知する光検出手段と
、前記光検出手段からの出力値に基づき前記半導
体レーザーからの光量を適性レベルに制御する制
御手段とを備えたことを特徴とする画像形成装置
