く不都合もあつた。 Washing to finish the concrete surface is generally done by applying mortar mixed with fine aggregate such as granite or marble, and when the surface becomes a little hard, the mortar on the surface is washed out with a brush and water. This method exposes the aggregate. However, the method commonly used in the past has the disadvantage that it is complicated and cannot be carried out efficiently because the work involves three steps: brushing, water spraying, and water flushing. Also, since the work was carried out after the surface had become a little hard, it was necessary to wait until the mortar had hardened, which caused the inconvenience of prolonging the construction period.
そこで本件発明者は、特願昭58−160987号(特

We have developed and proposed a cleaning device consisting of a suction section 3 that sucks mortar in a fluid state. According to this device, mortar that has become fluid due to running water and brushing is transferred to the suction section 3.
Since the water is suctioned by the mortar, the sprayed water does not penetrate into the mortar. As a result, the concrete surface does not flow, so cleaning work can be carried out immediately after the concrete has hardened slightly. Additionally, since brushing, water spraying, and running water can be done at the same time, it has become possible to significantly improve work efficiency.

いという不便さもあつた。 However, since the suction part 3 of this device has a wide opening in the width direction as shown in FIG. decreases and the suction is not evenly distributed. This has resulted in the drawback that the range that can be cleaned out in one operation is limited to a narrow range. There was also the inconvenience that it was not possible to change the suction to include not only mortar but also fine aggregate.

3 is rotatably attached to the shaft, and a suction section 14 is provided between both rollers 12 and 13. The suction unit 14 consists of a plurality of suction nozzles 16 arranged in parallel on a bottom plate 15 installed in the width direction of the main body 11, and a suction hose 17 is connected to the rear end of each suction nozzle 16. Combine them into one and connect them to a suction pump (not shown). An adjustment plate 18 and a presser plate 19 are provided on the front surface of the suction nozzle 16. The adjustment plate 18 is
It is a rectangular plate extending in the width direction of the main body 11, and is installed between the side plates 20, 20 of the main body 11 so as to be freely adjustable in the vertical direction.
A plurality of flow holes 21 are provided for flow into the air.
The adjustment plate 18 has rods 2 projecting laterally from both ends.
2 is provided, and the outer end of this rod 22 is inserted into a long groove 221 in the vertical direction provided in the side plate 20.
The rod 20 is supported by a support piece 23 that is adjustably attached to the side plate 20, and the height of the adjustment plate 18 is changed by moving the attachment position of the support piece 23 up and down. By changing this height, the suction force of the nozzle 15 is adjusted. In other words, when the adjusting plate 18 is at the lowest position, the lower half of each nozzle 16 is placed on the adjusting plate 18.
The upper half of the nozzle 16 is opened, but when the adjustment plate 18 is raised, the upper half is also covered by the plate, and the opening area becomes narrower. Therefore, when the adjustment plate 18 is in the lower position, a relatively large amount of air enters the nozzle 16 from the front, reducing the suction force described below.
Conversely, when the adjustment plate 18 is raised, the amount of air flowing in is reduced and the suction force is increased. The holding plate 19 is a rectangular plate and is installed horizontally at the lower front end of the adjusting plate 18 so that its front edge rises upward. That is, a crank-shaped support shaft 24 is pivotally attached to the presser plate 19, and this support shaft 24 is rotatably installed between the side plates 20, 20. The holding plate 19 is located at the lower front surface of the adjusting plate 18, and together with the adjusting plate 18, forms a part in front of the nozzle 16 that becomes negative pressure due to the suction of the nozzle 16 (named suction space a). When suction is applied, the concrete surface is held down so that only the mortar on the surface becomes part of the running water and is sucked in. However, when the suction power becomes large, the finer aggregates will be sucked out. A spray section 25 for spraying water is provided at the front of the presser plate 19. The spray section 25 is made up of a spray pipe 26 that extends in the width direction of the main body 11 and has a large number of spray holes on the lower surface.A vertical pipe 27 is provided in the center of the spray pipe 26 and extends upward. Connect to a running water pipe (not shown) via. Reference numeral 29 denotes a handle installed across the upper part of the main body 11 in the width direction, and is operated by holding this handle.

First, aggregates such as granite or marble are added to mortar, which is a mixture of cement and sand in a ratio of about 1:3, and water is added to mix the mixture. The mixture is filled into a mold and painted, or poured onto a flat surface. Immediately after flushing, the cleaning operation using this device A begins. That is, the handle 28 is loosened, and the apparatus A is gently moved back on the concrete surface while spraying water from the spraying part 25. This movement procedure is similar to cleaning the floor with a vacuum cleaner. As the washing device A moves, water flows onto the concrete surface, and at the same time, suction force is applied by the suction unit 14. That is, there is an adjustment plate 18 in front of the suction nozzle 16, and the adjustment plate 1
There is a presser plate 19 on the lower front of the suction part 8.
A closed suction space a is formed in the front surface of 4. Therefore, when suction starts, this suction space a
becomes negative pressure. Furthermore, when the sprayed water flows, the holding plate 19 tends to float from the concrete surface due to the flowing water, and the unsolidified concrete surface becomes fluid due to the water. Since the negative pressure of the suction space a acts on the place where this fluid state is reached,
Mortarua combines with water and is sucked up from the concrete surface, exposing the aggregate. The exposed aggregate A is pushed and submerged by the roller 12 and stabilized. Unlike conventional suction units, the suction unit 14 has a plurality of suction nozzles 16 arranged in parallel, so that suction can be uniformly applied across the entire width of the main body 11. There is an adjustment plate 18 in front of the suction nozzle 16, and the adjustment plate 18 has communication holes 21 corresponding to each nozzle 15, through which external air flows. Therefore, the amount of air inflow is adjusted by moving the adjustment plate 18 up and down to adjust the correspondence between the flow holes 21 of the adjustment plate 18 and the nozzles 16. That is, when the adjusting plate 18 is lowered, the lower half of each nozzle 16 is covered by the plate part of the adjusting plate 18, and the upper half is opened, so that a large amount of air flows in from the front. As a result, the negative pressure in the suction space a becomes smaller, so the suction force decreases and only the mortar is suctioned. On the other hand, when the adjusting plate 18 is raised, the opening area of the nozzle 16 becomes narrower and the amount of inflow from the front is reduced.
The negative pressure becomes large. As the negative pressure increases, the suction power increases, so not only mortar but also fine aggregates are suctioned. By moving the adjustment plate 18 up and down in this way to adjust the amount of air flowing in from the front, it is possible to change what is sucked. The adjustment plate 18 is raised and lowered by moving the support piece 23 that supports the rod 22 of the adjustment plate 18 up and down.

Run away and pass the sandwiched aggregate A through it. Similarly, when a large aggregate A is placed under the holding plate 19, the leading edge of the holding plate 19 is raised by the rotation of the support shaft 24, allowing the aggregate A to pass through.

ことが可能となつた。 As described above, in this invention, since the suction section is formed by a plurality of suction nozzles arranged in parallel in the width direction of the main body, suction can be uniformly applied over the entire width direction of the main body. Therefore, a wide range of areas can be washed out in a single operation. In addition, an adjustment plate and a holding plate are provided on the front side of the suction part to form a suction space to generate a strong negative pressure, so that mortar can be efficiently suctioned. Furthermore, air circulation holes are provided in the adjustment plate to make it possible to adjust the amount of external air sucked into the suction nozzle, making it possible to adjust the suction force. It has now become possible to adjust the suction to even the smallest amount.
