In this way, in the conventional device, a suction space is formed by providing an adjustment plate and a presser plate in front of the suction part, and an air circulation hole is provided in the adjustment plate, making it possible to adjust the amount of external air sucked into the suction nozzle. In addition, a spray section consisting of a spray pipe was provided in front of the suction section to spray water.

<Problems to be Solved by the Invention> However, when the above device is actually used, this configuration cannot necessarily eliminate the problem of aggregate chewing, and since the water is sprayed directly from the spray pipe, the water pressure directly sprays the concrete. This also resulted in the inconvenience of roughening the surface and requiring a large amount of water.

It is installed vertically by means of thumbscrews 26 inserted through the . Butterfly screw 2
The longitudinal position of 6 can be adjusted within the range within the lateral groove 25.
If the thumbscrew 26 is placed at the rear end as shown in Figure 2,
The vertically uneven plate 22 is connected to the horizontally uneven plate 21 as shown in FIG.
comes to the tip of the convex portion 24. When the thumb screw 26 is moved to the front end, that is, to the left in FIG. 2, the vertically uneven plate 22 becomes the inner end of the recess 23 of the horizontally uneven plate 21, as shown in FIG. The positional relationship between the two uneven plates 21 and 22 allows the suction force to be adjusted and at the same time prevents aggregates such as sand and pebbles from being bitten.

As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the water sprinkling section 15 is made up of a box 28 that is open at the top and divided into two chambers by a central wall 27. The rear chamber 29 is a water storage chamber 30, above which a water supply pipe 31 is arranged, and a plurality of small holes are formed along the lower side of the central wall 27 to serve as water sprinkling holes 32. The front chamber 33 is a preliminary chamber 34, and its bottom plate 341 serves as a finishing trowel as will be described later. A vertical groove 35' is formed near the outer edge of the side wall of the preliminary chamber 34, and a shaft 36 installed between the side plates 11 and 11 is passed through the vertical groove 35' to allow the box 28 to be installed in a freely tiltable manner.

When the front and back are reversed, the rear wall 361 of the water storage chamber 30 becomes the boundary with the gap 14 between the air adjustment chamber 16 and the air adjustment chamber 16, as shown in FIG. By reversing in this way, when the height of the border with the cavity 14 changes, the suction force of the suction part 13 changes as will be described later.

Next, how to use the washing device A will be explained. First, small pieces of granite, marble, or other aggregates are added to mortar mixed with cement and sand, water is added, and the mixture is poured. After flushing, the cleaning work using this device A begins. The apparatus A is moved in the direction of arrow a while water is flowing from the water spraying part 15 and being sucked by the suction part 13. This movement procedure is similar to cleaning the floor with a vacuum cleaner. As the washing device A moves, water flows onto the concrete surface, and at the same time, suction force is applied to the concrete surface by the suction unit 13. When the suction force is applied, the gap 14 between the suction part 13 and the water sprinkling part 15 becomes a negative pressure and functions as a suction space. The unsolidified concrete surface becomes fluid due to the sprayed water. When the mortar becomes fluid, the negative pressure in the suction space acts, so the mortar moves together with the water into the suction space, where it is sucked up and the aggregate is exposed. The exposed aggregate is attached to the bottom plate 341 of the water spraying section 15 and the rollers 12, 12.
It is pushed more lightly, submerged and stabilized.

Water is supplied from a water sprinkling pipe 31 to a water storage chamber 30 of a water sprinkling section 15, and is allowed to flow from a water sprinkling hole 32 onto the concrete surface. After the water once enters the water storage chamber 30,
Fall naturally from 2. Since the watering is done gradually in this way, it does not damage the concrete surface and only requires a small amount.

<Effects of the Invention> As explained above, the present invention is a concrete washing device in which the water sprinkling section is particularly improved so that water is first dropped from the water pipe into the water storage chamber and then allowed to fall naturally from the water sprinkling hole. Therefore, unlike conventional devices, water is sprinkled gradually, so water can be sprinkled without roughening the concrete surface, and a small amount of water is required, which is a great effect. This is a major practical achievement. In addition, sewage is sucked out from the concrete surface by suction, but this sewage is washed away by water that is constantly sprayed from the sprinkler section. As a result, no sewage remains on the concrete surface, resulting in a clean finish.
