Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 第１の位置に開口部を有するコンクリート
パンと、 前記第１の位置においてコンクリートパンと同
じ高さとなるように配置されており、生コンクリ
ートを給材されてコンクリートブロツクを成型す
る型枠と、 給材すべき生コンクリートを前記コンクリート
パン上の第２の位置で受容し前記第１の位置の前
記開口部を介して前記生コンクリートを給材する
ために前記第１の位置と前記第２の位置との間を
水平移動するように構成された給材箱と、 一端が前記給材箱の前方において前記給材箱に
水平軸内で回動自在に支持されており、他端に前
記コンクリートパン上の残留コンクリートを掻寄
せる刃を備えたレーキと、 前記コンクリートパンに取付けられており、前
記給材箱が前記第２の位置から前記第１の位置へ
水平移動する場合には、前記刃を前記コンクリー
トパンの表面から離れさせるように前記レーキを
はねあげ、前記給材箱が前第１の位置から前記第
２の位置へ水平移動する場合には、前記刃を前記
コンクリートパンの表面と接触させるように前記
レーキを下げるレーキ案内手段と からなる即時脱型によるコンクリートブロツク
成型機のコンクリートパン清掃装置。 (2) 前記レーキ案内手段は前記コンクリートパ
ンの下端に水平に固定された固定レールと、前記
固定レールの上方において前記コンクリートパン
に設けられた水平軸と、一端が前記水平軸の回り
に回動自在に前記水平軸に支持されており、他端
が前記固定レールの上に載せられた可動レールと
からなり、前記レーキの他端が前記固定レール又
は前記可動レールの上を滑動するように構成され
ている請求項１記載のコンクリートブロツク成型
機のコンクリートパン清掃装置。
