Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 〔産業上の利用分野〕 この発明は液体試料を化学的に分析測定する化
学分析スライドの製造方法に関するものである。
〔従来の技術〕
一般に、血液、血清等の液体試料について、当
該液体試料における特定の成分の含有の有無ある
いはその含有量等を知るべき場合に反応試薬によ
る化学分析が行われる。液体試料の化学分析法と
しては、乾式法と湿式法とがあるが、このうち乾
式法は、透明支持体の上面に試薬層を形成し、該
試薬層の上面に展開層を積層してなる化学分析フ
イルムを、その面積よりも小さい面積の開口をそ
れぞれ有する第一及び第二マウント間に介装した
スライドを用い、該スライドの第一マウントの開
口部より分析すべき液体試料を滴下して供給し、
これを反応用恒温槽内に置いて液体試料と試薬と
を反応せしめ、その反応の進行状態または結果
を、例えば反応による色の濃度変化を光学式濃度
測定器により測定する手段、その他の手段により
測定検出する方法であり、液体試料を実際上固体
として取り扱うことができる点で非常に便利であ
る。
ところが、従来の化学分析スライドは特開昭57
−63452号に代表される如く、化学分析フイルム
の面積よりも小さい面積の開口をそれぞれ有する
第一及び第二マウントと、これらの間に位置して
前記化学分析フイルムが収まる開口部を有する第
3部材(スペーサ)を別個に成形して組立ていた
ため、製造工程数の増大と、大掛りな設備を必要
とし、コスト高になるとの欠点があつた。
〔発明の目的・構成〕
この発明は上記の問題を解消するためのもの
で、連続するマウント基材の上面に凹状の絞込み
溝を形成し、該絞込み溝の各溝内に化学分析フイ
ルムを充填後、マウント基材の上面にマウントカ
バー基材を供給して接着し、マウント基材の非溝
部に相当する部分を長さ方向に沿つてスリツトす
るとともに、クロス状に断裁するという極めて単
純化した化学分析スライドの製造方法を提供する
ことを目的としている。
〔実施例〕
次に、この発明を添付図面に示す一実施例にも
とづいて説明する。
1は連続するマウント基材で、該マウント基材
1は原反リール2より引出ローラ3、テンシヨン
ローラ4、ガイドローラ5を介して引出され、図
示しない作業テーブル上を水平方向に走行するよ
うになつている。
6は上述の如く引出されたマウント基材1の上
面より下面側に向けて凹状に絞込むための絞込み
装置で、該絞込み装置6として図示の場合はプレ
ス成形器を示しているが、真空成形器あるいは圧
空成形器を利用することも可能であることは言う
までもない。この絞込み装置6により成形された
絞込み溝7の底面の中央領域には測光用の開口部
8(第4図参照)が穿孔されるが、この穿孔手段
は絞込み装置6自体に装置して絞込み溝7の形成
と同時に穿孔できるようにしても、絞込み装置6
の前段或いは後段にて専用の穿孔機(図示せず)
を用いて穿孔してもよいものである。
9は透明支持体の上面に試薬層を形成し、該試
薬層の上面に展開層を積層してなる化学分析フイ
ルム10を上述の如く形成された絞込み溝7内に
充填する充填機である。該充填機9はその詳細が
図示されていないが、所定の大きさの化学分析フ
イルム10を供給機(図示せず)より受けて列に
して各絞込み溝7の直上まで搬送し、真空吸着装
置の如き手段によりピツクアツプし、その吸着端
をクランクアームのような駆動手段により下降さ
せて化学分析フイルム10を前記溝7内に充填す
るようになつていればよいものである。
11はマウントカバー基材で、該マウントカバ
ー基材11はリール11′に巻設され、引出ロー
ラ12を介して引出されるとともにガイドローラ
13を経て化学分析フイルム10が前記溝7内に
充填後のマウント基材1の上面に供給され、圧着
装置14にて上述の如く絞込んだ溝7,7…間の
非溝部15面に接着されるようになつている。こ
の接着手段は超音波溶着が一般的に採用される
が、容易に剥離されないように固着される他の接
着手段があればそれによつてもよい。
また、このマウントカバー基材11には前記絞
込み溝7の中央領域に対応する位置に試料分注用
の開口部17が予め穿孔されている。この穿孔位
置は前記絞込み装置6により成形された溝7の進
行速度とのタイミングをとることにより正確に一
致されることとなる。
18はマウント基材1の上面にマウントカバー
基材を供給して接着した後、前記マウント基材1
の非溝部15のほゞ中央に相当する部分を長さ方
向に沿つてスリツトするためのスリツタで、該ス
リツタ18は回転刃を用いて満足できる。19は
スリツタ18によりスリツトされた後のマウント
基材1及びマウントカバー基材11をクロス状に
断裁するためのクロスカツタで、該クロスカツタ
19により第2図示の如くカツトすることによ
り、第3図,第4図示の如き製品20が連続して
得られることとなる。
なお、図中21は製品20をラインより取出す
ための取出装置、22はその置台である。
〔発明の効果〕
この発明は以上の如く連続するマウント基材の
上面に凹状の絞込み溝を形成し、該絞込み溝の各
溝内に化学分析フイルムを充填後、マウント基材
の上面にマウントカバー基材を供給して接着し、
マウント基材の非溝部に相当する部分を長さ方向
に沿つてスリツトするとともに、クロス状に断裁
することを特徴としているから、化学分析フイル
ムを装填した化学分析スライドが簡単かつ短時間
に製造でき、製造設備の単純化、コストの低廉化
が期待できるという優れた効果を奏するものであ
る。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 1 連続するマウント基材の上面に凹状の絞込み
    部を形成し、該絞込み部の各溝内に化学分析フイ
    ルムを充填後、マウント基材の上面にマウントカ
    バー基材を供給して接着し、マウント基材の非溝
    部に相当する部分を長さ方向に沿つてスリツトす
    るとともに、クロス状に断裁することを特徴とす
    る化学分析スライドの製造方法。
