There were problems in that it was difficult to separate the rubber mold and the product and demold the product, and the rubber mold could be deformed or damaged.

There have been various problems such as the fact that the fog thickness cannot be ensured, and the dimensions of the uneven pattern are limited in relation to the fog thickness.

造方法を提案するものである。"Means for Solving the Problems" In order to solve the above-mentioned conventional problems, the present invention is based on a template in which an uneven pattern is transferred in advance to the surface of a thin plate of fiber-reinforced concrete or mortar, and concrete is cast on the back side of the template. By setting concrete in a formwork so that it is shaped like the above, and pouring concrete into the formwork to integrate it with the template, any pattern or coloring can be applied regardless of the size or shape of the unevenness of the pattern. It is very easy to mold concrete parts and demold them, and it is economical because expensive colored concrete can be applied only to thin plates.Furthermore, the fogging thickness can be adjusted freely, and the pattern has large irregularities and has a good appearance. This invention proposes a method for manufacturing decorative concrete members that allows concrete members to be obtained economically.

Prior to forming the decorative concrete member 1, as shown in Fig. 1, a thin template 2 with an uneven pattern transferred onto the surface using fiber-reinforced concrete with excellent formability such as GRC or CFRC or mortar and further colored. Shape it.

It is formed by pouring a thin layer of fiber-reinforced concrete or mortar with or without mixture.

It is set by adhering to the inner surface of a frame 3, and concrete 5 is poured into this form 3 to form a decorative concrete member l integrated with the template 1.

リート部材を得ることかできる。"Effects of the Invention" As described above, according to the present invention, a template having an uneven pattern transferred in advance to the surface of a thin plate of m-fiber reinforced concrete or mortar is placed in the formwork so that concrete is placed on the back side of the template. concrete is set in the formwork, and concrete is poured into this formwork to integrate it with the template. Therefore, any pattern can be applied regardless of the size or shape of the uneven pattern, and it is not necessary to remove the mold from the uneven pattern. Concrete parts can be molded and molded very easily, and when coloring is needed in addition to uneven patterns, expensive colored concrete can be applied only to thin plates, which is economical, and the fogging thickness can be reduced. It is also possible to obtain a decorative concrete member with a good appearance and a large pattern of irregularities that can be removed freely.
