Description
【発明の詳細な説明】
胃腸内のレントゲン検査の場合バリウムを飲む事になる
。バリウムはもともと石粉であり、それにいろいろな医
学的な加工がされているが、体内での滞留時間が普通１
日から２日と長い為、石粉でも水分との分離が始まり腸
内水分吸収も有り、排便の場合、兎の糞のような丸い形
状の石塊となり便秘を起すのでバリウムを飲んだ後は下
剤を飲む事になる。その場合一般に塩類下剤か接触性下
剤になる。一方は腸管の水分を吸収し排便に水分を多く
するものであり、一方は腸管のぜん動を促し排便する方
法であるが、ともに日常Ｗ ｔｉｃ性の体質の人は間違
いなく石ころ様の石粉便に悩まされ必死の思いて排便に
苦しむ人が多い事は周知の通りである。胃の検査の場合
２００ｃｃの水に石粉を２４０ｇ位溶解したバリウムを
胃に食物が何もない状態で飲む。実にバリウムの水分の
１２０％が石粉である。以上のような便秘を無くしたい
為、種々研究したところ昔より食物繊維として知られる
グルコマンナン（コンニャク）、グラクトマンナン（グ
アーガム）、イサゴール、カラゲーナン、アルギン酸ソ
ーダなとの多糖体を利用できる事がわかった。グルコマ
ンナンの保水性は重量グリコマンナン１に対して２０．
３０．４０及び５０倍の水に溶解しても５分から１０分
後にはゼリー状になりあらゆる物質を包含してしまい石
粉類を結合する事が無い。特にグルコマンナンゼリーは
、繊維質の為、腸内での消化が遅く胃内の石粉液と飲ん
だグルコマンナン液が混合し胃腸内で５分から１０分後
にはゼリー状になり腸内で水分を吸収されながら排便へ
と行く。排便の場合石粉のみの固まりが無く楽に排便で
きる事がｔ）かった。

実施例
胃のレントゲン検査の時、水２００ｃｃに、石粉２４０
ｇを混合した溶液を飲み、約１０分レントゲン検査を行
なった。レントゲン検査終了後グルコマンナン７ｇを１
５０ｃｃの常温水に溶解して飲んだところ２日後に便秘
せずに排便ができた。

Claims (1)
- バリウムを飲んでレントゲン検査をした後、多糖質植
物繊維を２０倍以上に溶解してゼリー化する。多糖質植
物繊維を適量の常温水に混合して服用し石粉の凝固を防
ぎ便秘を解消する方法。
