は接続電極、１８はゲート端子、２０はドレイン
端子、２２はソース端子を示す。

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 ソースまたはエミツタ、ドレインまたはコレク
    タおよびゲートまたはベースの各端子がパツケー
    ジ下面からその下面に平行な面内に延びるように
    引き出される、面実装形高周波小信号トランジス
    タにおいて、 前記ソースまたはエミツタ端子のみが前記パツ
    ケージ側面において固着され、それによつて前記
    ソースまたはエミツタ端子のみが前記パツケージ
    の下面と直交する方向に引き出されかつ前記ドレ
    インまたはコレクタおよびゲートまたはベースの
    各端子は前記パツケージ下面からその下面に平行
    な面内に延びるように引き出されたことを特徴と
    する、面実装形高周波小信号トランジスタ。
