Claims (1)
- 同一ベース上に固定され、四辺形の相隣る二辺
の位置に互いに高さを違えて配置されたＸ軸用ネ
ジとＹ軸用ネジと、前記各軸用ネジと高さを揃え
平行に配置された各軸用ガイド棒と、前記各軸用
ネジと噛み合い上記ガイド棒に載置されて互いに
直交し独立に移動可能であり、少なくとも一方に
はその両側面にコロが嵌合するコロ案内部が設け
られた各レールと、各レールの交点の上方に設け
られたテーブルとからなり、上記テーブルは、上
記レールの両側を挟持するコロによつて支持され
るＸＹテーブル。
